The space

“Sunrise Destin-ation” boasts the most captivating view, being on the third floor, you'll find yourself spending many mornings catching the sunrise, enjoying your beverage of choice taking in a breathtaking sunset, and just simply the gorgeous views of our sugar white beaches & signature emerald waters crashing in through the day.

BEDROOMS

Our one bedroom is an incredibly spacious room located to the left when entering the condo. It's complete with a comfortable King bed, smart Tv, seating area, dresser, and closet space. Guests will have direct access to the hallway, and to the attached bathroom.

One open concept twin bunk bed is built into our hallway, to the right after you enter the condo. There's also a small area under the bottom bunk to slide a suitcase or two to keep them tucked away, if needed. This area is perfect for the kids, or any extra friends that joined along on your trip!

BATHROOM

Our one bathroom offers a well-lit granite top vanity for getting ready, toilet, and a combination tub & shower with a detachable showerhead for making those post beach trip cleanups a breeze! We provide bath towels, washcloths, small courtesy soaps (please bring any additional amenities needed), and a hair dryer for guest use during your stay. Guests can access the bathroom with a hallway door, or directly from the bedroom.

LIVING AREA & KITCHEN

Our living room area is cozy with a reading chair, and couch for seating. The couch opens up into a queen-sized commercial sleeper (where additional guests can sleep, with pillows and linens provided.) We have a 55" Smart TV for your enjoyment, perfect for those that enjoy being able to login to their own media & catch up on their favorite Netflix or Hulu show while relaxing after a long beach day.

Our kitchen and dining area has an open layout to the living room. We offer a full kitchen stocked with a fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle, and more! Coffee drinkers can enjoy either a regular drip coffee maker (with a provided re-useable filter) or a Keurig machine. Enjoy sitting together for meals around the table with seating for 4, or gathering at the breakfast bar for a quick bite with seating for 2.

A washer and dryer is offered in the home, in the hallway right near the entryway. An ironing board & iron are provided for guest use as well.

OUTDOOR SPACE & AMENITIES

Your favorite spot will certainly be on the balcony can be found right through the french doors off the living room. Here you can relax overlooking the pool, while catching some breathtaking views of the beach either kicked back in our Adirondack chairs or seated around the table for 4!

The community pool & hot tub is located right off the stairway that you'll use to access the condo. Rest assured that you'll be able to enjoy a swim without crowds of people, as the pool is gated with a code for guests of this complex only. There is a community bathroom available as well, so no extra trips upstairs are necessary while you're enjoying these amenities! If you arrive early & want to sit poolside while you wait for your check in, just reach out for an access code!

TINY TRAVELERS

As a family-friendly location we're happy to offer a highchair (booster seat style), and plastic cups/plates/bowls/silverware for guest use, that are always at the listing & free of charge!

GUEST ACCESS

A few important things to keep in mind:

-Check in time is 4PM CST and checkout time is 10AM CST. These times are important to note, as we cannot guarantee any flexibility in arrival or departure as it depends on many factors that are beyond our control (i.e., condition of the home at previous guest departure, maintenance needed, cleaning, guests departing or arriving the same day, etc.)

-Our cleaners offer a courtesy supply of LIGHT amenities (a trash bag, roll of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, & laundry soap). We do not stock spices, oils, sunscreen, food storage (Ziplocs, foil etc.) so please plan accordingly if you'll need these items.

If you have a trip longer than 24 hours or are coming with a larger group, please plan ahead & bring any extra items you anticipate needing during your stay.

-All linens are provided for your stay. We do provide beach towels for guests to use poolside or at the beach, as we ask guests to please not use any white towels in these spaces. Any other beach/pool items are not provided or guaranteed.

-We do not permit one-night bookings/instant booking for weekends/holidays at any time.

-Trailer/RV/Box Truck/Watercraft parking is not permitted at any time in our community. Towing fees issued from the HOA do apply to any violation of this.

-Extra guests not included in the reservation are not tolerated, please book with accurate guest count for your stay and to ensure we’ve provided enough linens as well.

-Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10pm sharp. We do not permit excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances at any time.

-We do not host student groups/groups under age 25 at any time. If you book, and it is discovered that your group is under age 25, there will be immediate eviction with no refund provided.

Our family has always enjoyed beach vacations for many years, and we've always dreamed of owning a property with an ocean view.

Sunrise Destin-ation is that dream come to life. We've put a lot of love and care into making our condo a wonderful place for couple or family getaway. We love relaxing on the large balcony with our favorite beverage of choice and listening and looking at the ocean. The location is perfect, and the Crystal Beach neighborhood is truly a one of a kind.

Our condo is just a quick 3-minute stroll to the beach and the neighborhood is perfect for morning or evening walks or bike rides. We're excited to make plenty more family memories and are happy to be able to offer Sunrise Destin-ation for you to make memories in as well.
